Poster Presentations - Instructions
1. During poster sessions, authors present papers and meet with interested attendees for in-depth technical discussion. On the other hand, it is a good way for attendees to sample many papers. Therefore, it is important that authors display their message clearly and noticeably to attract people who might have an interest on the topic.
2. The time slot allocated for the poster sessions is 1 hour and a half, during which you will have the opportunity to describe your work and interact with interested conference participants.
3. The poster boards will fit a standardA0-sized poster (1189 mm x 841mm) in portrait (vertical) format.
4. Presenters must put up their poster at least 30 minutes before the start of the session, and remove their poster immediately at the end of the session to enable presenters for the next session to put up their poster in time.
5. Materials to affix posters to poster boards will be provided in the poster sessions.
6. We will provide a table for installing the demo *ONLY* for already scheduled demo presentations. Please bring your own laptop fully charged. If you need any special equipment, you must send a request by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Such requests must be received one week in advance to the conference date. We will do our best to provide you with such equipment.
7. Make your poster as self-explanatory as possible. We recommend to prepare a short presentation of about 5 to 10 minutes that you can periodically give to those assembled around your poster throughout the poster session.
