2.      We ask all speakers to pay special attention to their presentation time. Each paper is allocated 20 minutes. The oral presentation should take about 15-17 minutes, leaving 3-5 minutes for introduction, summary from the Chairman, as well as questions from the audience at the end.

3.      Plan on covering at most 6 points per slide, explained by 6 to 12 spoken sentences, and no more than about two spoken minutes.

4.      Presentation slides should not contain small fonts or small figures and should be of high contrast.

5.      The Conference Room is equipped with a laptop, a projector, a microphone, and a pointing device.

6.      If you need any other audio or visual equipment, you must send a request for such equipment by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Failure to make prior arrangements may mean that the equipment will not be available to you.

7.      We recommend you to use the laptop in the Conference Room. Nevertheless, you may present the paper by connecting your own computer to the projector. In both cases, test and confirm that your presentation is properly projected at least half an hour before the start of the session. If you need assistance, please contact either the Chairperson of the session or the technical assistant present in the room.

8.      On the day of your presentation, please go to the presentation room 15 to 30 minutes before the session starts to upload your presentation on the laptop in the room, to contact the Session Chair, and to make all due arrangements for your presentation.
